
After obtaining her PhD from the University of Edinburgh, Dr Möckli taught at Nottingham Trent University before returning to Switzerland.

Originally hailing from Calgary, Canada, Dr Sambells gained her PhD from the University of Edinburgh, where she currently resides.
Dr Elisabeth Möckli – Translation Studies Scholar.
With a focus on mass media and translation, Dr Möckli researches wartime propaganda and the way in which politically-sensitive messages are conveyed across borders. Fluent in three languages, Dr Möckli also teaches translation as well as German as a foreign and first language at the universities of Geneva and Fribourg.

Dr Chelsea Sambells – European Historian.
With expertise in communications and history, Dr Sambells’ research investigates how governments and organisations protect children in war. She is currently a Research Fellow at the University of Huddersfield, and Head of Research at the Holocaust Survivors’ Friendship Association in West Yorkshire, UK.
